Michael Mitchell

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mike Mitchell joined ThinkEngine Networks in late 2001 as President and CEO. Mitchell is responsible for setting the company's vision and strategy, driving overall execution, and leading the ThinkEngine Networks team. Under Mitchell, ThinkEngine Networks is establishing itself as a worldwide leader in the advanced voice services market.

A 20-year veteran of the high-tech industry, Mitchell has held senior management positions at industry-leading technology companies. Prior to joining ThinkEngine Networks, Mitchell served as COO of EPiCON, Inc., a start-up company focused on the ASP marketplace. There he was responsible for directing the operational and financial growth of the company, successfully negotiating and closing $20 million in venture and private funding and setting the corporate direction. Guiding all areas of the organization he grew the business to establish EPiCON as a leader in the ASP marketplace. Mitchell was instrumental in developing EPiCON's value proposition and successfully positioned the company for acquisition. After an initial investment of $10 million, Nortel Networks, Inc. acquired EPiCON in September 2000 for $450 million.

Post-acquisition, Mitchell assumed the role of President of Nortel Networks Applications Management Solutions, Inc. Responsible for this $50 million division of Nortel Networks, he first developed, then directed a business plan for accelerating the "EPiCON solution" within Nortel and positioned EPiCON products to capitalize on Nortel's strong customer base.

Previously, Mitchell spent three years at Bell Atlantic Networks Integration (BANI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bell Atlantic, providing full network life cycle services and support to customers across the United States. At BANI, Mitchell was responsible for sales and operational delivery organizations with revenues of $220 million.

Mitchell holds a BBA and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Miami.

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer

Jack Steinkrauss joined ThinkEngine Networks in late 2006 as Vice President, Treasurer, & CFO. Mr. Steinkrauss brings over 30 years of high tech financial management experience to the Company. He previously served as Senior Vice President & CFO of IntelliReach Corporation and as Vice President - Finance of Stargus, Inc. He has also served as an independent consultant providing financial management to a number of firms. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior financial executive for firms such as Virtusa, Lancast, INSCI, Laser Recording Systems, Racal-Redac, AGFA-Compugraphic and Digital Equipment Corporation.

He is a graduate of Boston College and also holds a MBA degree from the Tuck School at Dartmouth.

Vice President, Product Management

Mike Wixon joined ThinkEngine Networks in 2002. He is a senior member of the management team and has been instrumental in much of the recent growth and success that ThinkEngine Networks has enjoyed. In this critical role, Wixon is responsible for building the customer base and managing customer relationships. Additionally, Wixon was instrumental in the design, development and evolution of the VSR1000; overseeing all aspects of product development, including integration of all technology-based activities into ThinkEngine's corporate strategy. He has over 20 years of high tech experience and is recognized in the industry as an expert in voice over Internet protocol (VoIP). Working closely with ThinkEngine's President & CEO, Mike Mitchell, Wixon provides the vision, sets marketing initiatives and serves as the company's key technology spokesperson.

Prior to joining ThinkEngine Networks, Wixon was chief technical officer and a senior member of the management team at EPiCON Inc., where he led the transition from enterprise product line to service provider product line. Wixon was responsible for developing and managing the implementation of all aspects of the EPiCON/Nortel strategic alliance plan. The successful management of this project resulted in EPiCON's acquisition of $450M by Nortel Networks in September 2000. Wixon subsequently served as chief technical officer of Nortel Networks Applications Management Solutions, and managed product evolution and integration into Nortel's product family. Before joining EPiCON, Wixon was vice president of product management and business development at Banyan Systems, where he led the transition from proprietary server solutions to industry standard platforms. In addition, Wixon established and managed partnerships with Microsoft, which resulted in the VINES platform becoming available for Windows NT.

Wixon holds a B.S. in computer science from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
